Wabush
Mines The Scully Mine, an operation of Wabush Mines in western Labrador, is an iron ore mine and concentrating facility. The mine and mill have been in production since 1964 employing open pit mining techniques to mine iron ore and produce iron concentrate and pellets. The open pit and the mill operations are to the west of the Town of Wabush, between Long Lake and Jean Lake. |
