Kavanagh and Associates Limited (KAL) is a privately owned company licensed to practice engineering in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Expertise is primarily in heavy civil engineering projects. KAL is also experienced in environmental site assessments, investigation of contaminated sites with both hazardous and non-hazardous material, and contaminated site remediation.

The KAL engineering team has more than 25 years experience in the design and construction supervision of:
