Health Canada Health Canada Safe Environments Program helps identify and reduce the risks to human health posed by environmental factors and promotes healthy and safe living, working and recreational environments. The scope of this program includes research, drinking water, air quality, contaminated sites, radon, climate change, the Chemicals Management Plan and environmental assessment.
