The Canada/Newfoundland and Labrador Business Service Network is a network of partners providing business information and related services to clients through more than 38 network sites province-wide. The goal is to make products and services easily accessible to clients throughout the province. At each site, clients will find a core library of key business publications along with a computer workstation and Internet access to assist them with business research and planning.

The Business Service Centre at 90 O'Leary Avenue in St. John's is the support hub for the network providing a comprehensive business library accessible to all residents of the province through a free Books-By-Mail service. Staff are also available to assist with information consulting and research. Through an interactive web site, clients have direct access to the library catalogue as well as many e-services designed to assist with business planning and small business development.
